AJB Contracting is an independent company, specializing in Commissioning Witnessing and Validation, Commissioning Management, LEED Commissioning Authority (CxA), Testing & Balancing, and other Building Services.
As one of the first to set up offices in this region, our experience in Middle East markets extends back many years. Our standards are widely known, and we have been specified as the TAB Agency on several projects by satisfied Consultants and Clients.
The policy of employing the best also extends to instrumentation. Our instruments are regularly calibrated and constantly renewed and our inventory is one of the largest in the area.
In order to fully serve the customer, AJB Contracting also offer other building services, such as HVAC Testing and Balancing (TAB), compilation of O&M Manuals, DOP Tests for HEPA Filters, Clean Room Tests, Room Integrity Tests (RIT), Infra Red Imaging for quick detection of faults, Indoor Air Quality Tests, Duct Leak Tests, Smoke Evacuation Tests, etc..
